These terms govern the branding, advertising and printing services provided by Raj Prints to its clients.

Work is undertaken on the basis of a written quotation and a confirmed Purchase Order (PO) or equivalent approval.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, brand assets and final approvals; production proceeds only after your design sign-off.

Quoted timelines are calculated from the date of PO confirmation and approved artwork, and may be affected by site access, permits or weather.

Raj Prints may decline or pause work that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or cannot be executed to our quality standard.

We collect only the information you share with us — such as your name, company, email, phone number and project brief.

This information is used solely to prepare quotations, execute your project, raise invoices and communicate with you.

Your brand artwork and project files are shared only with the internal team executing your work and are never sold or rented to third parties.

We retain records as required for accounting, tax and statutory compliance, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect them.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@rajprints.com.

Every order follows our process: quotation, PO confirmation, design approval, a physical mock sample, production with stage-wise quality checks, safe dispatch and installation.

A mock sample and digital proof are approved before mass production begins.

Project progress is shared in real time via a dedicated WhatsApp group with field photos through to final installation.

Under our no-argument redo policy, any output that does not match the approved specification is reprinted or redone free of cost.

Risk in delivered goods passes on dispatch; installation timelines depend on site readiness and any required permissions.

Prices are as per the approved quotation and are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated; valid GST invoices are provided.

Eligible clients may begin on a zero-advance PO basis; balance and milestone payments are as agreed in the quotation/PO.

Rate negotiation is welcome before PO confirmation; once approved, the agreed scope and rate apply.

Prices may be revised for changes in scope, quantity, material costs or site conditions communicated after PO.

Overdue payments may pause ongoing work and attract charges as permitted under applicable law.

You retain ownership of the logos, trademarks and brand assets you provide to us.

By submitting assets, you confirm you have the right to use them and to authorise their reproduction for your project.

Design concepts and artwork created by Raj Prints remain ours until the related invoice is fully paid.

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Raj Prints may showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing.

Raj Prints delivers design, production and installation services directly and stands behind their quality.

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, civic action, permits or third-party site issues.

We are not responsible for content, claims or approvals that are the client's statutory responsibility (e.g. outdoor advertising permissions).

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
